Meet The Founder

Shalom :-)

 I'm Adi Fisher Smith,

 a certified educator since 2007 when I was 23 years old. 

I was born and raised in Israel.

 I began my journey at Alef Bet Montessori Jewish school and obtained my AMI certification.After giving birth to my son Noam, I prioritized raising him and established a nanny share group. Later, I worked at Beth Shalom ECC until the COVID-19 pandemic struck, leaving me a single mom facing uncertainty. With my son in second grade and learning online, I transitioned to working from home, 

missing the interaction with children deeply. 

Two moms from my class sought my help as they couldn't work from home with young children around, leading to the inception of my Ba-Lagan Home DayCare, which now serves multiple families after obtaining my OCC licensing.
